Most people assume diet is to drastically reduce food portions so as not overweight or obese. Consumption of fruit regularly after meals to your diet to be balanced. The way to eat fruit in various ways, for example be used as juice, salad, or just cut and eaten in the usual way. When eating fruit juices try to avoid pemekaian of excessive sugar. Additionally frequently consume water, especially drinking water so that to avoid too frequent thirst. Tips on a healthy diet is expected to be balanced with regular exercise and type of food that is needed is not necessarily expensive.
