Omega3 Very Good For Brain


Omega 3 is very important for our brains, as we know the brain is an important part in our body, at the time of entering the age of 50 years, the speed of thought and one's memory will be reduced, it can only be prevented with a healthy diet.


Several studies have shown that the older a person, the the size of brain will shrink and experiencing the risk of decline in brain function that leads to dementia. To maintain brain health, the American Heart Association recommends that a person consuming fish that contain omega 3 fatty acids twice a week each.


Besides consume fish, there are some other foods that are highly recommended for maintaining of the brain health as foods that contain vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin C, and vitamin B2.
